Matsushita shuts 2 China plants due to SARS

BEIJING, China - A female employee leaves Beijing Matsushita Color CRT Co. (BMCC), a local unit of Japan's Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., on May 20. Matsushita has been shut the plant down, aalong with Beijing Matsushita Lighting Co.
